Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI-powered solutions for business by AIBizTop, located at Royal Ontario Museum, 100 Queens Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6, Canada.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Booking and Scheduling

AIBizTop provides AI-driven consulting, integration, and support solutions ("Services") to businesses. Clients may schedule Services via Contact Form.

1.2 Fees and Billing

All fees are due in advance and processed through our secure platform. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards, and digital payments.

1.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule Services up to 48 hours prior without penalty. Changes made less than 48 hours before the session may incur a 50% charge. No rescheduling or refunds for cancellations under 24 hours.

1.4 Refund Policy for Services

If you are dissatisfied with a Service delivered, you may request a refund within 14 days after delivery. Requests must be submitted via Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Services delivered in full resolution or completed development phases are not eligible for refunds, as resources have already been allocated and work has been performed.

2. Info Products

AIBizTop offers digital courses, e-books, and training materials ("Info Products").

2.1 Access and License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access Info Products.

2.2 Refund Policy for Info Products

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via Contact Form. Eligibility requires that no more than 10% of content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If usage exceeds 10% of the material, no refund will be granted due to digital distribution and access.

3. Goods

Physical merchandise such as branded hardware or accessories ("Goods").

3.1 Shipping and Delivery

Goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.

3.2 Refund and Exchange Policy for Goods

Unused Goods in original packaging can be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. To initiate an exchange or a refund, submit your request via Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the item back. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a product is defective, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
